Your order will arrive within 24 to 72 hours depending on the delivery method.
In a hurry and living in Paris? Take advantage of our exclusive same-day delivery service* by courier offered for purchases of 500 € or more.
You can also pick up your order for free at our shop (17 rue de la Paix 75001 Paris) located near Place Vendôme. Our staff will be pleased to welcome you and present your order in person.
If you place your order from Monday to Friday, it will usually be processed and shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified by us. An email will be sent to confirm order processing and shipping.
Please find below a summary of our delivery policy:
Paris proper only : Free by Retrait Pick up from the Rue de la Paix boutique in 3 hours for an order made before 3pm on a business day. Otherwise, next-day delivery.
Paris proper only : 10 € / Free with a purchase of 500 euros or more by Courier in 3 hours for an order made before 3pm on a business day. Otherwise, next-day delivery.
Metropolitan France : 6.90 € / 6.90 € / Free for purchases of 200 euros or more by Registered Colissimo in 1 to 3 business days
European Union (Including France & United Kingdom) : 15 € / Free for purchases 500 euros or more by Fedex in 24 to 48 business hours .
To ensure the security and tracking of your shipment, Poiray has only selected delivery methods using a signature to track your order at each step of its shipment. If you’d like to follow your order’s progress, log in to your account and click on "My orders", then "Follow my order". This section allows you to consult your order’s progress:
- Processing (your order has been validated and is currently being processed),
- Delivery in progress (your order has been shipped and you can now track its progress on the shipment website using the parcel number),
For deliveries with Colissimo and Fedex, an e-mail or text message will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped, providing its delivery tracking number.
